Happy Holidays to all of our staff, clients, students, and families!

Bethesda Lutheran Services is proud to provide services in Crawford and Erie County and presently has some key positions we would like to fill with qualified candidates from this area that we know would enjoy working at our organization.

Residential Unit Supervisor – The supervisor oversees and manages a unit of male clients who have been court ordered to our Intensive Treatment Unit. This position provides supervision for up to fifteen clients and nine staff. The supervisor must be organized, professional, and able to perform physical interventions if necessary. A Bachelors is preferred but we can consider those with an Associates or sixty credits with supervisory experience and a proven history of successfully working with youth.

Mental Health Worker - This position assists the Teacher in our Partial program within our school providing behavior management and group activities for kids who have mental health diagnoses. The program is educational and therapeutic and requires staff with superior organizational skills and creativity to think outside the box when planning group activities. A Bachelors is required and experience working with school age kids is preferred.

Food Service Specialist – Part time position in our cafeteria working two shifts 10am – 6pm per week. The days will vary and will include weekends on a rotation. Applicants should be flexible, organized, and have the ability to assist unloading trucks, lifting boxes of items such as apples or milk that may be heavy. Previous experience working in food service is preferred. This is a fast paced, year-round position that provides meals for our students, residential clients, staff, meetings, and special events. Applicants should be able to think on their feet and enjoy interacting with kids.
