Water Street Duplexes
Notice is hereby given that Common Roots requests bids from qualified contractors to furnish modular housing units in accordance with the specifications and proposal forms contained in the bid package.
The bid package can be obtained online at https://bit.ly/44L06Cq beginning July 12, 2026. Physical copies of the package are available by emailing Carlin Gingerich, Common Roots Assistant Director, at carlin@common rootspa.org. Inquiries can also be made by phone at (814) 807-4863
Bidders will be evaluated and selected based on the qualifications set forth in the bid package. Common Roots intends to negotiate a contract with the lowest bidder it determines is qualified
to perform the required service.
Bids must be submitted on standard proposal forms in the manner described in the bid package and be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to Common Roots, 301 North Street, Meadville, PA 16335 and marked with the project name. Mailed bids must be received by 8:45 a.m. (EST) on Monday, July 27, 2026. Bids may be brought in-person to the bid opening. Public opening will occur on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. on the third floor of the Meadville Public Library, 848 North Main St., Meadville, PA 16335.
