NOTICE
The County of Venango is soliciting sealed bids for the remodel of the loft area of the PSP Hangar at Venango Regional Airport, 1560 Airport Road, Franklin Pa 16323. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will occur on July 17th at 9am at the location above. Bid forms and specifications can be obtained from the Chief Clerks Office, Courthouse Annex, 1174 Elk Street, Franklin, PA, 16323, emailing dottie.tawney@venangocountypa.gov or by calling 814-432-9512 Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Bids must be submitted on the forms furnished in the bid packet. All bids shall be accompanied by cash, cashiers check, or bond in the amount of 10% of the bid total. Bids must be received at the Chief Clerks Office, by 9:00 AM on August 7, 2026, after which bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 100, of the Courthouse Annex. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in bidding.
