The County Commissioners of Venango County will hold a special meeting on July 14, 2026 at
4:00 P.M., in Room 101 of the Venango County Courthouse Annex, 1174 Elk Street, Franklin, Pa., for the purpose of holding a public hearing for comments on a proposed local Economic Revitalization Tax Assistance Act district within the City of Franklin.
